WALKING GOAL | Walk 7km

 Walked 7.62km taking me 1 hour and 44 minutes


October 17th: Walked 1.07km taking me 15 minutes
October 18th: Walked 1.22km taking me 16 minutes
October 19th: Walked 1.44km taking me 23 minutes

October 20th: Walked 3.89km taking me 50 minutes


FOOD & WATER GOAL | Drink 8 Glasses of H20 a day
I did good, but not great on this goal. I’ve had a pretty rough week, without divulging and getting into yet another crying rampage I’m just going to say with what water consumption I have increased, I am happy with it. I will do better this week.
