It’s really very easy. Do you have an oven? Do you have Strawberries? Do you have 3 hours? If you answered yes ma’am to all the above, then we are ready to make some scrumptious Candy Strawberries aka dried strawberries. Made them last week, ate them all in one sitting and shared… absolutely none!

METHOD
Pre-heat your oven to 210 degrees.
Wash your Strawberries and cut them into small disks or chunky quarters. If you prefer a chewy candy then I suggest cutting them into quarters, if you prefer a crunchy candy then slice the strawberries in thinner disks.
Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, and dust with sugar, for a sweeter snack, or salt for a more savory treat.
Put them in the oven for 3 hours, checking on them every hour to ensure they are not running away on you. I checked mine often to make sure I took them out before it was too late. I liked mine more chewier than like a Strawberry chip.
