I love Surprises. I love Disneyland.
It just makes sense that I surprise my girls each year in a new way with a trip to Disneyland. I mean eventually they’re going to catch on and suspect it, but we’re not quite there yet. UNTIL THEN I will contiune to come up with fun and unique ways to surprise my girls with a trip to Disneyland!
Waiting until the very last second to surprise your kids with a trip to Disneyland is not my jam. Mostly because I suck at keeping a secret. That and I find the months leading up until the magical family vacation can be just as fun as the actual vacation itself.
Over the last 4 years I have surprised the girls in some really fun, and unique ways. Anywhere from a skype call from Mickey Mouse inviting them and their families to Disneyland, to a sign that a “too little to read” Sofia held up with confused excitiment for a photo-opp. And finally custom mermaid pillows revealing the words every kids dreams of… PACK YOUR BAGS… WE’RE GOING TO DISNEYLAND!
I wanted to share the fun ways I’ve surprised my kids with a trip to Disneyland over the past few years, in hopes to help or inspire some of you.
Planning on going to Disneyland? Check out some other posts we’ve written that may help you on your next trip. From tips on how to keep your stroller safe, to this genius stroller sign (free printable) and even comparing the new MaxPass to the Photopass.
BUT WAIT! I’ve got more…
My Disneyland Mom-Hacks video shows you how to beat the line for Dole Whip, also also this recipe here for the days you’re NOT in the park, Dole Whip Freezies.
We’re a bit Disney obsessed over here! And we’re totally okay with admitting that!
