My husband is an absolute sucker for Cupcakes. When I saw this recipe, I knew I would save this one for my back pocket, and the next attempt I would make at my reasoning for the cost of a Chanel Bag, I would whip this one out to sweeten the pot. But my sweet tooth got the best of me and I just couldn’t wait. I made them last night and MY GOODNESS….. Brilliance

Don’t mind if I do…

1/2 cup Sour Cream
Pinch of salt

Slowly add Sugar, and beat until combined.
Beat in Vanilla.
Slowly add in Eggs, a bit at a time, beating to combine.
Beat in Sour Cream and Salt.
Stir in chopped Cookies by hand.
Divide batter among Paper Cups, filling almost to the top.
Bake, rotating the pan halfway through, until filling is set, about 35 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Remove from tins just before serving.
When you make this recipe, and find yourself sitting down to eat 4 and 5 in a row, and feel no shame, don’t blame me….. Call Martha and give her “shit” she came up with the recipe!

Made these and even though I can’t eat them, my family LOVES them!! I changed it a little bit and used golden oreos at the bottom instead to give it more of a “crust” feel. My husband liked it better since it wasn’t as rich, but he’d eat them either way!! Thanks for the recipe!

Wow! Im so glad you tried and Anonymous 🙂 And thanks for advising us of the change up you had done. I will have to give this a try – of course when my GD is gone and my Blood Levels are back to their normal selves again 🙂
Thanks for the comments ladies!
