New directions in health; in life

I food fight often; meaning I fight with myself on what I know is best and what I know isn’t but love so much. Some people call is an unhealthy relationship with food, I like to call is a passion for food. I mean this honestly, I love food, I appreciate food, some like to socially drink or smoke, me I like to enjoy a night with friends over brie.
