Is it safe to say this tea was made for a Vancouverite?
It’s funny how you get used to poor weather, you begin to love what normal is in your city; and for us it’s rain. One of Sofia and I’s favorite things to do is puddle jump, that and leaf boat races in the storm drains. When we wake to find rain, we actually look forward to the day ahead and what childish fun we can get into. For us, the fall days of dark mornings and raining weather come anticipated, especially after the lovely Summer we had, swapping out beach visits and sand play with puddle jumping and movie watching; it’s something we both accept with open arms.
Earlier this week we played in puddles and came in to warm up in the only way we know how, tea and a bubble baths. Tell me that doesn’t sound like the perfect fall day to you? I dug into DAVIDsTEA organic stormy night while Sofia opt’d for an apple cider (the tombstone may or may not have scared her off), either way it just means more of this special collection for me. We sipped, we cuddled, we warmed up, and we wen’t a little overboard on the bubbles. It was a perfect fall day in my mind.

Disclosure:: We did receive product from DAVIDsTEA to compile our post, however the opinions are completely my own, based on my experience. Let’s be honest here, we all know how much I love my tea!
Tamara says
Love rainy days simply for childish moments of fun. Especially now that my preschooler is older to have tea parties. I’m going to have to try this one before its gone.
