Week 2 REVIEW

WALKING GOAL | Walk 5km

 Walked 12.37km taking me 3 hour and 11 minutes

October 9th: Walked 4.02km taking me 1 hour and 7 minutes
October 10th: Walked 5.20km taking me 1 hour and 12 minutes

October 12th: Walked 1.78km taking me 30 minutes
October 13th: Walked 1.37km taking me 22 minutes


FOOD & WATER GOAL | Make 1 Vegetarian Meal & Drink 8 Glasses of H20 a day
Failed – I’m not even going to beat around the bush on this one, I just didn’t do it. If I was allowing myself excuses… WHICH IM NOT… I’d give this one – “I have been a very busy Mom between Sofia’s Natropath Appointments, Chiropractor Appointments and just trying to keep a smile on her face”. But of course I’m not allowing myself this luxury of getting away with it – so simply, I FAILED!


WEIGHT | 195.2lbs on October 14th
October 7th: 196.2lbs
September 30th: 197.4lbs
Weight Loss = 1.0lb



MEASUREMENTS | Waist 35″ and Hips 46″ on October 14th

October 7th: Waist 36″ and Hips 46″
September 30th: Waist 36″ and Hips 47″

Inch Lost: 1.0″




WEEK 3
Walk 7km {upping the anti…. why not?}
Drink 8 Glasses a Day {let’s try this again}
