Nothing quite says Fall like the combination of Cranberries and Apples. Okay maybe Pumpkin Pie and whipped Cream and Chocolate with Chai Tea. Oh but don’t forget Cinnamon and Nutmeg, Apple Pie and Ice Cream…. I’ll just stop here. These Pork Chops are out of this world making me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
If you’re looking for a rich, sweet and savory Dinner, then look no further, this recipe will not disappoint… I promise. I paired the chop with a Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Green Beans drizzled with a Lemon Butter.

INGREDIENTS
2 Red Apples
4 Pork Chops
2/3 Cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sage
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Paprika
METHOD
Spread half of the thinly slice Apples evenly along the bottom of your cooking dish.
Place you Pork Chops ontop of your bed of Apples.
In a small bowl, combine Cranberry Sauce, Spices, and Soy Sauce. Once combined spoon over Pork Chops.
Top with remainder of Apples.
Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes
